These prices apply to delivery throughout the UK mainland, including England, Wales and southern Scotland.

Cost of shipping to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Next working day, express and weekend delivery options are not available for none UK mainland locations.

Orders requiring next working day, express or weekend delivery must be placed before 1pm the previous working day. Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the next working day. If your request is urgent and it is after 1pm, please call the office on 01782 567 099

Stock availability

Next working day and timed deliveries are only available on items that are in stock. If an item(s) is out of stock, then you will be notified by phone or email as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide you with an expected lead time for the out of stock item(s).

We advise speaking with our sales team on 01782 567 099 to check availability before selecting next day or express delivery. If required, we may be able to part ship your order.

If a unit requires calibration, this typically adds 2 – 3 working days to the delivery time. Once the unit has been calibrated it will be despatched to you on a next working day basis.

Our office and warehouse are closed over the weekend and Bank holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as possible the next working day.

Our courier

You will receive an email and text notification from our courier advising you of your 1 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. Please make sure you provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order.

If you are not going to be in when the courier is due to deliver, simply choose one of the other options such as leave in safe place or deliver to a neighbour.

Occasionally circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. Wherever possible we will contact you to notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Please note, for our calibration pick up and return service we use FedEx.

What happens if I don’t receive my order or it is damaged/faulty on arrival?

Why does calibration typically add 2 – 3 working days to my delivery?
Units are left in our lab to acclimatise for at least 24 hours prior to calibration. Once prepared, the unit will then be calibrated. We will always aim to calibrate your unit as soon as possible, however this does depend on the current workload in our lab. Occasionally delays may occur, in which case we will contact you.
