Megger MIT420/2 Industrial Telecom Insulation Tester
The Megger MIT420/2 can test insulation, continuity, voltage, capacitance and more, plus store all test results in its onboard memory. Easily recall saved data at a later date, allowing you to get on with testing and removing the need to manually record results in the field. Advanced insulation tester
The MIT420/2 features a full range of insulation test voltages (50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000V) as well as a manual range between 10V and 1000V. It can also be used for insulation testing up to 200GΩ as well as PI (Polarisation Index) and DAR (Dielectric Absorption Ratio).
Continuity, frequency and capacitance
For engineers who require more than a simple insulation test, the Megger MIT420/2 also measures continuity between 0.01Ω to 1MΩ with a lead null feature (<10Ω) for improved accuracy. Furthermore, the MIT420/2 can carry our frequency measurement between 15 to 400Hz and a capacitance range of 0.1nF to 10μF.
Built to last
All testers in the MIT400/2 range are IP54 rated, making them suitable for use indoors and out. The instrument is protected via a rubber boot and hard carry case. A stand is also incorporated at the rear for added convenience.
