The TPI 9041 Ultra II Vibration Analyser & Balancer detects and diagnoses machine faults before they become critical. It equips engineers to quickly and easily identify imbalance, misalignment, bearing defects and looseness using predictive maintenance features. Built for reliability, performance and ease of use, it performs equally well on the shop floor or out in the field.
The analyser records and displays real-time vibration data across three channels simultaneously. Engineers can capture frequency spectrums with up to 51,200 lines of FFT resolution, giving a clear view of complex machine behaviours. All collected data can be instantly reviewed and trended using the included C-Trend II software.
Enhanced Diagnostic Capabilities
Advanced filtering options allow users to set high-pass and low-pass demodulation thresholds, helping isolate bearing faults and gear issues earlier than traditional tools. The TPI 9041 also features an automatic setup for diagnostic bands, tailored to specific machine speeds. This means unbalance, looseness or misalignment can be detected with minimal user input.

Housed in an IP67-rated enclosure and drop-tested to MIL-STD-810F standards, the TPI 9041 withstands extreme environments. Its 20-hour battery life ensures continuous operation through long inspections. The keypad and touchscreen make it easy to use with gloves, while RFID tag compatibility supports rapid, accurate asset identification.
For balancing tasks, the TPI 9041 includes both single-plane and dual-plane functions (the latter with an optional accelerometer). A live vector display and simple wizards help technicians make fast corrections. The included software automatically generates and shares reports and graphs, keeping the whole team informed and reducing downtime.
