Megger TC256 Thermal Imaging Camera
The Megger TC256 Thermal Imaging Camera gives clear thermal images for fast checks on electrical, mechanical and building systems. It uses a 256 x 192 infrared detector to show heat patterns in real time. As a result, users can find hot spots, poor insulation, air leaks and moisture issues with less delay.
This camera also supports a 2 MP visible light camera, so users can capture useful site images alongside thermal views. It records photos and video for easy reporting. In addition, Wi-Fi allows image sharing and real-time video transmission through a mobile device.
Clear thermal inspection
With a -20°C to 550°C measuring range, the Megger TC256 Thermal Imaging Camera suits many fault-finding tasks. It supports automatic range switching from -20°C to 150°C or from 0°C to 550°C. Therefore, it can move between low temperature building checks and higher temperature plant inspections without complex setup.
The image system includes infrared, visible light, multi-image fusion and picture-in-picture modes. These modes help users compare heat data with a normal visual image. For added control, the camera offers automatic, semi-automatic and manual image adjustment.
Useful site recording
Video streaming and recording help the user review changing heat patterns during an inspection. The camera stores real-time video in IRGD format with temperature information. It can also send live data to PC analysis software for more detailed review.
A rechargeable lithium-ion battery powers the Megger TC256 Thermal Imaging Camera for up to 11 hours. The device charges through USB Type-C and can keep working while charging. Furthermore, its IP54 rating, 2 m drop test and supplied rigid case help protect it during daily field use.
