Test4Less are a specialist test equipment solution provider and offer highly rated test equipment calibration and repair. We are a UK leading supplier of test and measurement instruments and offer exceptional technical support via our highly trained technicians.
To ensure your order is received in a timely fashion, we partner with a top-tier courier service that is able to deliver your order in a safe, secure, and reliable manner, providing a one-hour delivery window when your order is due. You can also provide an alternative delivery address to your billing address, in the instance where you are at work or away from home. Our courier offers a working day delivery service only.
Our aim is to process all new goods orders within 1-3 working days. However, items may be subject to a minor delay due to shipping or manufacturer issues. In this instance, we will communicate this clearly and contact you directly via telephone or email. We may be able to part-ship your order if required. This can be arranged when we contact you to advise about the out-of-stock item(s). We may also suggest suitable alternative products that have a shorter lead time or are in stock with us already. Items that require calibration are unable to be shipped via an express service, as instrument calibration can take up to five working days. Once calibrated, your equipment will be shipped on a next-working-day basis.

Our charges for UK deliveries of new goods (subject to product availability):
FREE Delivery for all orders over £100: typically 3-5 working days
> Standard Delivery for orders under £100 at £4.95: 3-5 working days
> Express Delivery at £5.95: 1-3 working days
> Standard Delivery PLUS New Goods Calibration: typically up to 10 working days

*Delivery is available at an additional cost to the Scottish Highlands, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. Express Delivery is unavailable to these locations.
**Standard shipping to Isle of Man/Isle of Wight is available at £5.95 and takes 3-5 working days. Express Delivery is also unavailable to these locations.

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. Orders will be processed and despatched during the above office opening hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I have my item calibrated AND select express delivery on checkout?
Unfortunately, as our calibration service currently takes around 10 working days, we are unable to fulfil orders that request express delivery and calibration. If this is something you have selected, our team will contact you directly to discuss options.
Do you offer international delivery?
If you require international delivery, please call us on 01782 567 099 or email sales@test4less.co.uk for more information. Not all units are available for export.
Do you offer guaranteed next-day delivery?
Our ‘express delivery’ service is guaranteed between 1 and 3 working days. If you place an order before 12pm, and you opt for express delivery, your order will be same-day dispatched (stock permitting).
