Kane 958 Commercial Boiler Analyser
Kane 958 Commercial Boiler Analyser handles combustion testing on commercial, industrial and marine boilers up to 5 MW, including applications with stack draught up to 50 bar. It measures oxygen and carbon monoxide as standard and uses hydrogen compensation for the CO sensor. Users can add optional NO, NO2 and SO2 sensor configurations or replace the standard CO sensor with a 0–10% CO sensor when required.
The analyser also measures differential temperature from -20 to +135°C and differential pressure up to ±160 mbar. It calculates CO2, CO/CO2 ratio, excess air and combustion efficiency, with optional NOx calculation. These functions support combustion performance checks, efficiency testing, structured let-by and tightness tests, flue draught testing, and boiler or heat pump flow and return temperature measurements.
A rotary dial and large display make daily operation simple, while the protective magnetic sleeve allows hands-free use.
