Discount Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher Eligibility: Our digital discount vouchers are provided by Test4Less (“the Company”) and grants the holder (“the Customer”) the right to one basic calibration service at no charge. This offer is extended to customers within the areas served by the Company.

2. Validity Period: Our digital vouchers are valid for 13 months from the date of issue. Any voucher must be redeemed within this timeframe; unredeemed vouchers after this period will not be honoured.

3. Service Inclusions: Our vouchers apply to a single, one-year calibration service, with a maximum value of £119 excluding VAT. This voucher cannot be used for services exceeding this specified cost.

4. Exclusions: Our vouchers do not cover sensor replacements or repairs, focusing solely on the calibration service fee. Any additional services beyond the basic calibration will incur standard charges. The voucher does not include costs related to the collection and/or delivery of items for calibration, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Redemption: Customers can redeem their discount by entering the digital voucher code in the coupon code field at checkout on the Company’s website. The voucher is intended for a single use only.

6. Digital Voucher Only: Our voucher codes are exclusively digital and will not be issued in any physical form. Customers are responsible for keeping their voucher codes secure. Lost or misplaced voucher codes will not be replaced.

7. Non-Combination: Our discounts cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions currently available.

8. No Cash Value: Our vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of financial value, and is valid for the voucher holder only.

9. Only For Registered Users: Our vouchers will only be issued to Registered Account Holders. To be receive a free discount voucher, the Customer must create an online account with the Company.
