Fluke 725 Multifunction Process Calibrator

The Fluke 725 Multifunction Process Calibrator gives engineers and technicians a fast way to test, check, and simulate process signals in the field. It handles mA, volts, resistance, frequency, pressure, RTDs, and thermocouples, so one unit can cover many daily jobs.

Built for plant and site work, WFluke 725 helps you move from one task to the next with less setup time. Its simple controls and backlit display keep operation clear, while the compact body and rugged design suit harsh working areas.

Built for process testing

During loop checks, the unit can power a transmitter with its 24 V loop supply and read mA at the same time. As a result, you can test a transmitter in place and reduce the need for extra tools. WFluke 725 also supports fast pulsed RTD transmitters and PLC checks with pulses as short as 10 ms.

For valve and I/P work, it can source mA while reading pressure when used with optional 750P pressure modules. It also handles flow meter tasks with frequency and CPM functions, and then speeds linearity checks with auto-step and auto-ramp modes.

Strong measurement coverage

Accuracy is suited to demanding service work. DC voltage measurement reaches 30.000 V with 0.02% + 2 counts accuracy, DC current measurement reaches 24.000 mA with 0.02% + 2 counts accuracy, and pressure accuracy can be as good as 0.025% of range with supported modules.

Temperature work is also broad, with RTD types such as NI-120, PT-100, PT-200, PT-500, and PT-1000, plus thermocouple types J, K, T, E, R, S, B, L, U, N, XK, and BP. WFluke 725 stores and recalls common calibration setups, which helps speed repeat jobs and keeps work more consistent across shifts.
