The Fluke BT520 Battery Analyser, designed for stationary and battery backup systems, actively measures voltage, resistance, and ripple voltage. It uniquely performs the Intercell strap resistance test, efficiently assessing the resistance between batteries in a string and streamlining data management.

With its intuitive interface and robust construction, the BT520 guarantees superior performance, reliable test results, and lasting durability. It reduces measurement errors through integrated visual and auditory feedback cues. Furthermore, this device allows users to set custom thresholds for resistance and voltage. Up to ten threshold settings are available, providing immediate Pass, Warning, or Fail indicators after each test. Additionally, users can swiftly compare results using these cues. The analyser’s internal memory impressively stores up to 999 records, each tagged with a precise measurement position and timestamp.

The BT520 stands out with its ergonomic test leads, featuring a coaxial two-pole kelvin test point and a handy remote save button, significantly reducing test time. It includes versatile long reach probes, both straight and angled, suitable for double stacked cells, and intelligent test probes for both automatic and manual sequence testing of battery strings. The included BTL20 Intelligent probe set comes equipped with long and short probe extenders, integrated with an LCD display for immediate visual and auditory feedback.
