Built for demanding environments, the Fluke Solmetric PVA-1500T2 1500V I-V Curve Tracer Kit measures up to 1500V and 30A DC. The analyser uses a capacitive load for rapid curve tracing and can record either 100 or 500 data points during each sweep. As a result, users can identify faults, performance loss, and weak modules more quickly during routine inspections.

Wireless Solar Performance Testing

Wireless communication between the analyser and SolSensor allows smooth field operation without long cable runs. The SolSensor measures irradiance, temperature, and array tilt angle, then feeds this information directly into the PV model. Consequently, the system can predict expected I-V behaviour and compare it with live measured values for more accurate diagnostics.

Fast sweep times also improve productivity on larger installations. Typical PV string measurements can complete in as little as 0.2 seconds, while throughput can reach up to 400 sweeps per hour.
