The Ideal 61-948 SureTrace™ PLUS is a highly advanced digital circuit tracer, rated CAT III 600 V, designed for both professional and industrial applications. Whether you’re pinpointing breakers and fuses, identifying conductors in walls, or troubleshooting dead shorts and splice errors, this tool ensures accuracy and ease of use. It operates seamlessly on both energised and de-energised systems, including 3-phase systems carrying up to 600 V AC/DC.

Equipped with a dual high-visibility display, this tracer offers unmatched readability in any environment. The patented 180° rotating main display, combined with the TightSight® secondary display, allows for effortless breaker identification in confined spaces. Additionally, the non-contact voltage (NCV) sensor enhances safety by detecting AC voltage between 40V and 600V, with visual and audible alerts that adjust as you approach the voltage source.

Designed for Convenience and Durability

The transmitter features a built-in continuity tester, removing the need for separate equipment when diagnosing wiring faults. It can detect voltage levels from 24-600 V AC and 12-600 V DC, while also indicating DC polarity. For hands-free use, the transmitter comes with a magnetic hook strap clip (strap sold separately) and an integrated kickstand. Both the receiver and transmitter are engineered with industrial-grade over-moulding for enhanced grip and drop protection, surviving falls up to 2 metres.

Additional practical features include a built-in work light for dimly lit areas and a mute function for noise-sensitive environments. The kit includes everything you need, stored in a robust hard case with ample space for accessories and batteries.
