Kane KANE-LCA Landlord Gas Safety Analyser is designed for gas safety work in rental properties and for completing CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Certificates. Its three-step test process covers gas appliances, hobs and fires, while supporting tightness and let-by tests, appliance service mode testing and a final two-minute Appliance Sweep Test. This guided approach brings several key landlord gas safety checks together in one portable analyser.
A large display and easy-to-use rotary dial help keep operation clear while working on site. The rugged, battery-powered design also includes a built-in LED work light for confined spaces. Kane KANE-LCA Landlord Gas Safety Analyser has wireless connectivity, allowing real-time test results to be viewed, saved and sent to the KANE LIVE app or sent to an optional KANE-IRP3 printer.
Long-life, fast-response CO and CO2 sensors feature over-range protection for demanding gas safety work. The analyser measures CO up to 2000 ppm, CO2 and O2 up to 20.9%, temperature from -20 to +1350°C, and pressure from -80 to +80 mbar through a single pressure input rated to 1 psi. Kane KANE-LCA Landlord Gas Safety Analyser also supports real-time CO leak testing and 120-second Appliance Integrity Sweep Tests.
