It supports electrical installation testing as well as checks on single-phase and three-phase charging equipment. The tester covers continuity, insulation, loop impedance, PSC/PFC, RCD, polarity and SPD testing.

For EV work, the kit provides a dedicated 6 mA DC test and includes the KEWEVA adaptor for testing charge point operation. The adaptor simulates the presence of a vehicle and uses single-dial control for straightforward operation. Its built-in CP auto check and separate red LED help the user confirm when voltage is applied.

Daily use is made easier by a large display, a single rotary selector and an electronic hands-free test button. A magnetic base holds the KT64DL against metal cabinets, while slim probe tips improve access to push-fit connector blocks.
