SPC PRO 2 3-Phase Data Logger
The SPC PRO 2 is a 3-phase electricity data logger designed for three-phase and single phase electrical load logging. It uses the proven “3 currents, 1 voltage” hook-up, with three flex type CTs for current measurement and one voltage connection via a standard wall socket.
The SPC PRO 2 measures voltage amplitude, current amplitude and current phase angle. Then, through the dedicated PowerPackPro software, it presents key values including voltage, current, power factor, kW, kWh, kVArh, cost and CO2 emissions. As a result, users can record load data and review it through graphs, tables, summaries and reports.
Efficient Data Logging and Reporting
The SPC PRO 2 uses fully auto-ranging current measurement across 2A to 2000A. Therefore, users do not need to set the range manually or swap CTs during set-up. In addition, the unit stores 1 x voltage, 3 x current and 3 x phase angle values in memory, with each stored value based on the average of cached readings since the previous store.
PowerPackPro provides logger set-up, status checks, download, data configuration, multiple trace zoom graphing, carbon footprint calculation, multi-rate tariff costing, alarm reporting, statistical analysis, summary reporting and data export to Microsoft Office. Moreover, survey data can be downloaded by USB connection to a PC or via USB flash drive.
Built for Site Work
The SPC PRO 2 has an ABS case with IP30 protection and operates from a 230VAC external supply or its internal Li-ion battery. The battery charges from the mains connection, while the compact unit is supplied in a zip holdall to keep the kit together. Meanwhile, magnetic feet allow the unit to attach to ferrous metal surfaces during use.
