Send Instrument
Once you have received an approximate cost estimate, you can send your tester directly to us for an assessment by one of our technicians.

Assessment
Our repair technicians will accurately assess and diagnose any issues with your test equipment. Any costs for parts and labour are always approved by the customer before the works are completed.
Note: To facilitate the repair process, a calibration of the instrument is always completed alongside the repair itself. This is to ensure no other faults are missed.
