Kane CEA Combustion Efficiency Analyser
Kane CEA Combustion Efficiency Analyser provides real-time combustion testing for boilers rated up to 5MW and stack draughts up to 50mbar. It measures flue temperature and CO2 while calculating O2, combustion efficiency, excess air and net temperature. This combination gives engineers a practical way to assess boiler combustion and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce fuel use.
A long-life NDIR CO2 sensor measures CO2 levels up to 20%, while the flue temperature measurement range extends to 600°C. A large, high-contrast display helps make readings easy to view, and the rotary dial provides straightforward control during testing. A built-in worklight also supports use while carrying out on-site measurements.
Kane CEA Combustion Efficiency Analyser works with natural gas, LPG, biogas, propane, butane, light and heavy oil, coke, coal and wood pellets. Results can be viewed, held and stored, with printing available through the optional KANE-IRP3 infrared printer. Support for the KANE LIVE wireless module also provides wireless connectivity for data transfer and record keeping.
