The Teledyne FLIR E54 Thermal Imaging Camera is designed for everyday condition monitoring, electrical and mechanical inspection, and building inspection. With a 320 x 240 pixel thermal detector, it provides over 76,000 temperature measurement points per image, capturing clear and vibrant images. The MSX technology enhances detail and perspective, overlaying the outline of objects onto thermal images for easier interpretation and quicker troubleshooting.

The E54’s thermal sensitivity of <40 mK @ 30°C and accuracy of ±2°C or ±2% ensures precise measurements up to 650°C. The 4-inch touch screen and straightforward interface make it easy to navigate menus and functions, even when wearing PPE. Record videos in IR, radiometric, and visual formats or capture static images to spot potential faults effortlessly.

Advanced features include 1-Touch level/span for improved image contrast, voice annotations for added information, and a range of colour palettes for different applications. The camera displays max and min temperatures live on screen, while the built-in 5 MP visual camera and 1-4x digital zoom provide additional flexibility.

The Teledyne FLIR E54’s connectivity options, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and USB ports, enhance data transfer and compatibility with other devices. With the FLIR Inspection Route feature and FLIR Thermal Studio Suite software, streamline inspections, post-processing, and reporting, making it an invaluable tool for professionals in various fields.
