FLIR MR277 Building Inspection System
FLIR MR277 Building Inspection System combines thermal imaging and moisture measurement in one handheld device. It helps you locate hidden damp, insulation faults and air leaks with speed and confidence. By merging infrared guidance with real time moisture data, it supports clear decisions on site.
Built with Infrared Guided Measurement and MSX technology, the FLIR MR277 overlays visual detail onto the thermal image. As a result, you see sharper structure outlines while identifying temperature differences. The integrated laser pointer marks the centre of the image, so you can target exact areas during checks.
Thermal imaging and MSX clarity
A 160 x 120 FLIR Lepton microbolometer delivers detailed thermal images with sensitivity below 150 mK. Multiple palettes including Iron, Rainbow, Arctic, White Hot and Black Hot allow flexible viewing. In addition, the 2.8 inch colour TFT display presents clear images in thermal, visual or MSX modes.
Moisture and environmental measurement
FLIR MR277 features both pin and pinless moisture measurement for surface and invasive testing. The pin probe supports 11 material groups, while the pinless sensor measures up to 19 mm depth. It also records air temperature, relative humidity and dew point, helping you assess condensation risk.
Designed for practical field use, FLIR MR277 stores up to 15,000 radiometric JPEG images on 8 GB internal memory. You can connect external devices with METERLiNK and use FLIR Tools to support reporting. Field replaceable temperature and humidity sensors help reduce downtime and keep the system ready for work.
