The Fluke 87V is specifically designed for tough industrial applications. This multimeter provides the resolution and accuracy to efficiently troubleshoot motor drives, plant automation, power distribution and electromechanical equipment, even at high energy and high altitude locations.

Ruggedness and accuracy

The Fluke 87V is encased in a rubber boot and is designed to withstand drops from 1 meter. It has been independently tested to CAT III 1000V, CAT IV 600V, making it suitable for industrial applications. Furthermore, with it’s True RMS voltage and current measurement, plus low pass filter, accurate results on noisy circuits are not a problem.

Everything you’d expect

This multimeter can measure True RMS AC / DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, temperature, conductance and diode. The Fluke 87V also includes the Fluke 80 BK probe for temperature measurement between –40.0°C and 260°C. Alternative probes (sold separately) can be used for temperature measurement between –200.0°C and 1090°C.
