Fluke BT510 Battery Analyser
The Fluke BT510 Battery Analyser is a versatile, portable tool ideal for maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance testing of both individual stationary batteries and battery banks. Capable of a wide range of tests, the BT510 measures internal battery resistance up to 3000mΩ, battery voltage up to 600V, DC and AC voltage, AC voltage/frequency, AC voltage ripple, discharge, and sequences. Additionally, it performs the Intercell strap resistance test, crucial for checking the resistance of connections between batteries in a string, and includes efficient data management.
Instrument Design
Optimised for peak performance, the BT510 boasts an intuitive user interface and a compact, rugged design, ensuring reliable test results and durability. The analyser reduces measurement errors with its combination of visual and audible feedback cues. Furthermore, it allows users to customise resistance and voltage values, with the ability to set up to ten thresholds, receiving clear Pass, Warning, or Fail indicators after each test. These cues allow for immediate comparison of results.
The BT510 comes equipped with ergonomically designed test leads, featuring a rugged coaxial two-pole kelvin test point and a remote save button, significantly streamlining the testing process. Additionally, it includes long reach, straight, and angled probes, suitable for double stacked cells, thereby enhancing its versatility.
