The Fluke TiX580 Infrared Camera, designed for high-definition thermal imaging, effectively identifies potential issues in various applications, making it ideal for preventative maintenance and outdoor inspections. This robust and ergonomic thermal camera captures high-quality images, ensuring reliability in diverse environments. It features a 640 x 480 detector resolution, which, when combined with Fluke’s SuperResolution, enhances images to a remarkable 1280 x 960 pixels.

Equipped with a 5.7-inch touchscreen, the TiX580 displays images and measurements on a 640 x 480 resolution LCD screen. Its integrated laser distance meter accurately measures distances to target objects, displaying the measurements on-screen. The camera’s digital zoom capabilities (2x, 4x, and 8x) allow for detailed views of objects without compromising focus. Additionally, the 240º rotating lens facilitates capturing images in hard-to-reach areas.

The TiX580 operates within a temperature range of -20ºC to 1000ºC, maintaining an accuracy of ±2°C/ 2%. With a thermal sensitivity of ≤0.05°C at 30°C (50 mK) and a field of view of 34°H x 24°V, it achieves a minimum focus distance of 15cm.

Advanced Features for Comprehensive Analysis

Available in two models, the Fluke TiX580 High Resolution Thermal Imaging Camera comes in 9Hz and 60Hz frame rates. The device runs on one of the two included lithium batteries, each offering 2-3 hours of usage. The camera’s adjustable neck and hand straps enhance user comfort. It boasts an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance and is drop-tested from 1 meter with the standard lens. A hard carry case provides additional protection.

The TiX580 also supports R&D analysis through MATLAB® and LabVIEW® toolboxes, allowing integration of camera data, infrared video, and images into software applications. This rugged and durable camera comes with a two-year warranty from Fluke, ensuring its suitability for industrial use in various settings.

Voice annotations of up to 60 seconds per image can be recorded and played back on the camera. Data storage is facilitated by a 4GB microSD memory card and 4GB flash memory, ensuring ample space for image and data retention.
