The KANE TCAM Thermal Imaging Camera, designed for rapid and precise temperature measurements, is compact and lightweight. It offers a temperature range of -20°C to 300°C, with an accuracy of ±2°C/±2% and thermal sensitivity at 0.07°C. Featuring intuitive point-and-shoot technology, the camera has an infrared resolution of 220 × 160, visible resolution of 35200 pixels, and an LCD resolution of 320 × 240.

As an entry-level IR Camera, it includes a 35° × 26° field angle and a 9Hz frame rate for thermal images. It provides a fixed focus mode, with adjustable emissivity from 0.01 to 1.00. Its large LCD colour display enhances problem detection via its four surface measurement modes, for:

• Coarse surfaces
• Matte surfaces
• Semi-shiny surface
• Shiny surfaces

Additionally, the thermal imager stores up to 20,000 images in its internal memory, with USB extraction and 3GB SD card storage. A rechargeable battery powers it for 2-3 hours of continuous normal operation.

It includes five colour palettes for better temperature contrast:
