TPI 9080 Vibration & Bearing Condition Analyser

The TPI 9080 Vibration & Bearing Condition Analyser provides fast and reliable vibration measurement for machinery maintenance. It measures vibration frequency up to 10kHz and supports multiple amplitude units including g, ISO mm/s, ISO in/s and BDU for bearing condition checks.

Designed for daily use, the TPI 9080 features a clear colour screen that shows amplitude, frequency and severity alarms at the same time. Colour-coded indicators highlight potential faults, while the 800 line FFT spectrum helps you identify imbalance, misalignment and looseness with confidence.

 

Advanced Measurement Performance

The TPI 9080 delivers a wide 96dB dynamic range with a ±60g input range for demanding applications. It displays readings in Hz, CPM or RPM and automatically sets up vibration analysis bands to save time. As a result, engineers can capture accurate data quickly and make informed maintenance decisions.

 

Data Handling and Connectivity

Bluetooth and USB connectivity allow simple data transfer to a PC for trend analysis using VibTrend software.
