Thermal IR Windows

The ultimate protective barrier, infrared windows enable technicians to see into electrical installations without having to power off the systems, providing an essential barrier between live components and users and minimising potential downtime. Thermal imaging cameras are used in conjunction with these windows to assess the components the window has been added to, and comprehensive thermal analyses can be performed on running systems without the usual risk of injury that could come with working on systems that are still running.

Such use of thermal IR windows also facilitates a clearer detection of component errors, as machine parts are more likely to fail while operational.
