Flir E76 Thermal Imaging Camera
The new Flir E76 has been designed for those who require a thermal camera for building and electrical inspection. The range of interchangeable AutoCal Lenses available makes the E76 suitable for applications both near and far.
Flir AutoCal lens options:
14°, 29 mm lens: A telephoto lens with a narrow field of view that allows the precise and imaging of distant targets.
24°, 17 mm lens: This is the most commonly chosen lens. With a 24° × 18° field of view, the user can remain a safe distance from energised equipment whilst still capturing in focus images.
42°, 10 mm lens: Providing the widest angle and largest filed of view, this lens is most suited to building applications where larger areas need to be captures in one image.
More features of the Flir E76
The Flir E76 utilises the same 320 x 240 pixel IR resolution as the E54, giving over 76,000 individual temperature measurement points. However, the Flir E76 includes a range of additional features:
- Additional temperature measurement range up to 1000°C (300°C to 1000°C)
- Laser assisted auto focus for clear images with ease
- 3 area measurement boxes in live mode for even more detail out in the field
- UltraMax enhancement: up to 4 x IR resolution, 307,200 pixels
- Interchangeable AutoCal lenses
With two batteries included, each with an average life of 2.5 hours, the Flir E76 will be by your side ready when you need it. It’s robust too, drop tested from 3m (6.6ft).
The Flir E76 also features a visual camera and 1 – 4 x continuous zoom. Its pistol grip style means it is comfortable to use and the camera can be operated with one hand for most of the time. Furthermore, the unit only weighs 1kg (without lens). Buttons are located below the screen if the user is wearing PPE, alternatively options and features can be navigated using the touchscreen.
