Seaward Apollo 500+ PAT Tester – 380A928 (5th edition compliant)
The Seaward Apollo 500+ is the mid-range tester in the new Apollo+ range. It is a fast and advanced battery / mains powered tester with onboard data storage and built with high volume testing in mind. You can easily download you test results to PC via USB and produce professional reports and certificates with PATGuard 3 software (available separately). Previous data can also pre-uploaded to the Apollo 500+ for simplified retesting when required.
Fully updated – 5th edition ready!
The Apollo+ range also adds improved functionality and accessories, including the option of an external rechargeable battery pack (reducing down time when testing many appliances) and extra-durable labels to make repeat testing much easier than before. The Apollo 500+ also has the ability to use (2D) QR codes when teamed with the Elite kit options.
Program the Apollo 500+ with your own test sequences or choose from the pre-set test sequences, so you can be sure to meet all the testing requirements of the IET Code of Practice, including fixed appliances (point-to-point testing). You can also add user configurable tests for non-electrical tests and inspections e.g. fire extinguishers and PPE.
The Apollo 500+ has a built-in electrical risk assessment tool with suggested retest period calculator which takes out any guess work, saving you even more time and hassle.
More than just a PAT tester
The Apollo 500+ is a truly versatile tool that can assist with the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) safety checks and risk assessments of your business.
Create custom user tests for a variety of PPM requirements, such as ladder and vehicle inspections, as well as routine fire extinguisher and emergency lighting checks. All the data can be stored on the Seaward Apollo 500+, removing the need for additional paperwork.
The Apollo 500+ can also be used for checking and recording first aid kits, fire doors and legionella temperature checks. The Seaward Apollo 600+ also includes a rear camera for even faster and more convenient documenting.
Other PAT testers from Seaward
Seaward Apollo 600+ adds a memory for up to 50,000 records, on-board camera along with built in universal and electrical risk assessment.
