The Testo 417 Vane Anemometer delivers accurate air flow readings for HVAC checks and ventilation testing. It combines air velocity, volume flow, and temperature measurement in one handheld unit. As a result, engineers can complete fast and reliable duct assessments on site.

A large 100 mm vane captures air speed from 0.3 to 20 m/s with stable results. In addition, the device calculates volume flow up to 99999 m³/h once duct area is entered. The Testo 417 Vane Anemometer also detects flow direction and displays results clearly on its backlit screen.

Air Flow And Volume Measurement

Air volume is shown in m³/h, l/s, or cfm to suit different standards. Users can switch between velocity and temperature display as needed. Furthermore, timed mean and multi point averaging help improve accuracy during longer checks.

Practical HVAC Performance Testing
