Fluke II900 Sonic Industrial Imager
Reduce energy bills, save time and money with the Fluke II900 Industrial Acoustic Imager
Locating leaks has always been a task within the industry that has cost businesses time and as a result money. With the Fluke II900 these leaks can be identified in no time at all, at up to 120m aways.
By locating leaks early, this can save a business from unnecessary waste and as a result increase the overall efficiency of their machinery on site, as well as giving assurances that the equipment they’re using is reliable. The ii900 can detect leaks across a wide range (2 – 52kHz), more than covering the vast majority of leaks which occur in the range of 30~40Hz.
Thanks to the SoundSight™ technology on the II900, the engineer using it can see where the leaks are due to the sound they emit. The 64 digital MEMS microphones featured on the II900 means that leaks can be detected even in the loudest of work environments, therefore leaks can be detected as day to day work is carried out meaning no downtime for the business.
The II900 can store up to 999 images (and 20 videos) on the Imager itself, meaning a whole inspection of a site can be carried out and then the images can be analysed afterwards for any major faults/leaks. Analysing the results will be made even easier thanks to the 7″ touchscreen overlaying a SoundMap™ on the visual images and the 1280 x 800 resolution.
With all these advanced features, no matter what sector a business is in, a whole site can be evaluated for leaks in a matter of hours.
