Megger PAT120 PAT Tester
Megger have manufactured the PAT120 with ease-of-use at the forefront of their mind. The PAt120’s straight forward lay out and menu system make it perfect for people who are new to PAT Testing or only do a small amount of PAT testing, there is even a guide on the inside cover for the connections needed for each of the tests the PAT120 can carry out. The instrument is also portable, so the engineer can move it from locations they are testing at with ease.
The PAT120 can perform 500V and 250V insulation tests, the 250V insulation test is to be used on sensitive IT equipment, as putting more voltage through these pieces of equipment could cause damage. It also has the capability to perform a 200mA Earth Bond Test as well as a substitute alternative leakage test. The two earth leakage options are at 250V and 500V. The automatic test sequences on the PAT120 are Earthed (Class I), double insulated (Class II) and extensions leads and power cords.
