Domestic properties in particular require an annual inspection, as recommended by The Gas Safe Register, to ensure that any gas systems or appliances are operating safely within standard parameters.
Flue gas analysers are easy-to-use and efficient and determine the safety of the gas being emitted from the appliance. They work when the handheld flue probe analyses a sample of the gas and sends readings to the instrument. Our range of flue gas analysers vary in what they can test for, with most able to detect Oxygen and Nitrogen while others pick up more harmful gases like sulphur and carbon monoxide, which prove the most harmful to human life.
Other measurement functions include combustion efficiency, temperature measurement, and pressure measurement, essential in the certification of cookers and boilers (amongst other appliances).
